Stanford joined the Collett Brokerage team in January 2016. His primary focus at Collett is the leasing of our managed portfolio in North Carolina and a few properties in South Carolina.
Stanford has been a commercial real estate broker in Charlotte since 2000, beginning his career at Aston Properties as a leasing representative and continuing to NORCOM as an associate. From February 2004 until December 2015 he was the Director of Leasing at Argus Development Group, handling all of their retail properties in the Carolinas.
