Kim ensures proper interpretation and implementation of the specific legal documents that support the value of every shopping center Collett manages. From selling and refinancing shopping centers, to gathering estoppels and SNDA’s working through issues of all respected parties involved to resolution, Kim is an expert in the due diligence process. Among her best attributes is are the positive relationships she continues to foster, through her many years with Collett, with national and local tenants, clients, and real estate professionals serving the real estate industry.
