As Vice President of Management Services, David Martin leads an experienced team of tenured managers who are dedicated to managing and serving retail, land, single use, and development investments throughout 13 states in the southeastern and south central United States. His management team is committed to providing every client with cost-effective and quality operations and representation. In 2015, Mr. Martin, having originally managed the southwest region, began the operations of the property management division of Collett Southwest in their new Dallas, Texas office.
David Martin joined Collett in 2006 and has managed over twelve million square feet in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, and Florida. His management experience includes regional malls, neighborhood/lifestyle retail shopping centers, parking facilities, medical and office.
Prior to joining Collett, Mr. Martin gained experience with Lat Purser & Associates, CB Richard Ellis, and Faison & Associates in Charlotte. Before moving to Charlotte, Mr. Martin worked with the Richard E. Jacobs Group in Cleveland, Ohio, specializing in the management and marketing of regional shopping malls. David Martin resides in Charlotte with his wife and three children.
