Bob joined Collett as a partner in 1992 after ten years as a commercial broker at Coldwell Banker in Charlotte. Prior to that he spent 6 years in various sales and sales management positions at Jefferson Pilot Broadcasting in Charlotte. Bob's focus with Collett has been on development of projects for Eckerd Drug, Kmart, Target and Lowe's Home Improvement Centers. Bob graduated with a BS from The University of South Carolina in 1973 and lives in Charlotte where he and his wife have raised three children.
