Conway, AR, August 2015 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce that Lewis Crossing Shopping Center is now under construction at the southeast quadrant of I-40 and Dave Ward Boulevard in Conway, Arkansas. The development is anchored by Sam’s Wholesale, Academy Sports, Ross Dress For Less, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts and Crafts, Ulta, Petco, Dollar Tree, Aspen Dental, AT&T and David’s Burgers. The project size will be approximately 400,000 square feet and represents a $65,000,000 investment. Collett, serving as the developer of the project, has offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, Greenville, South Carolina and Dallas, Texas. David Elrod with Elrod Real Estate represented Sam's Wholesale with its acquisition. Garrett Excavating, from Hot Springs, Arkansas, will be performing all site improvements. Lewis Crossing will open in the fall of 2016.
