Inland Real Estate Acquisitions buys NorthCrest Shopping Center
The seller was Collett & Associates of Charlotte.
NorthCrest is at 9841 Northlake Centre Parkway and totals 133,674 square feet. Its tenants include REI Sports, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, David’s Bridal, Verizon Wireless, Dollar Tree, Five Guys Burgers and GameStop.
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions is the purchasing arm for various entities of The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos., one of the largest shopping center owners in North America. Both the parent company and the purchasing unit are based in Oakbrook, Ill.
