Brevard, NC, July 2015 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce that it has been named the management and leasing agent for the Forest Gate Shopping Center in Brevard, North Carolina. Forest Gate contains a total of 175,475 rentable square feet (SF) and includes 2 shadow anchor stores separately owned by Wal*Mart and Belk. 

The portion of the center that Collett will be managing totals 62,735 SF and is anchored by a 41,847 SF Bi-Lo grocery.  The 20,888 SF of shop space is fully leased with an available ATM pad currently vacant. There are eleven tenants including Hibbett Sports, Cato, Sally Beauty, Subway, H&R Block, Brevard ABC Board, Enterprise Leasing, Sora Restaurant, State Farm, and Nails 2000 which comprise the full line up.

Collett broker Des Roberts will coordinate leasing and marketing for the center. Bobbi Jo Zobrest and Denice Abbott will serve as the property managers for the new owner, Forest Gate Associates LLC.
