Collett to Handle Leasing and Management for Sedgefield Crossing
GREENSBORO, NC, January 7, 2013 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, has been selected by Flagstar Bank, the largest bank headquartered in Michigan, to handle the leasing and property management for Sedgefield Crossing, effective immediately. Sedgefield Crossing is a community center located in the Sedgefield Community of Greensboro, NC. The center contains approximately 110,445 square feet and is anchored by Sedgefield Cinema, Anna’s Linens, Family Dollar and the US Post Office. John Lambert and Stephen Pharr will market the available spaces for lease at Sedgefield Crossing, and Ryan Mosser and Melissa Schutt will manage the center.
