Real estate firm expands into remainder of the Rolex Building in Uptown
Charlotte, N.C.-based commercial real estate services firm Collett is expanding its Dallas office in the Rolex Building in Uptown, taking the remainder of the space in the building.
Collett has expanded its leased by 4,000 square feet of office space at the seven-story, 155,550-square-foot building at 2651 N. Harwood St. in Dallas. The building was Dallas-based development firm Harwood International's first office project in the neighborhood in 1984.
The Rolex Building, which has a lot of historical significance for the firm, is now 100 percent leased, said Jihane Boury, vice president and director of leasing for Dallas-based Harwood International, which owns the property.
Robert Wright of Collett and Elliot Prieur of Dallas-based Lincoln Properties represented the real estate firm in the deal. Boury represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
The full-service regional real estate firm employs 50 real estate professionals and manages about 6 million square feet of commercial space in eight states. Collett has developed more than 95 projects totaling 14 million square feet of space.
