Collett's Ellis, Martin receive IREM Honors
Charlotte (December, 18 2013) - Collett is proud to announce that Charlie Ellis, Jr., CPM® and David Martin, CPM® Candidate received the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) - Western NC Chapter #40 2013 Certified Property Manager of the Year & Certified Property Manager Candidate of the Year respectively.
The award was given to Ellis in acknowledgement for his outstanding service to the chapter, profession and community. Ellis received his CPM® title in January 2010 and he currently serves on the Chapter’s Executive Committee. David Martin has over 20 years of extensive real estate management experience nationwide, and was recognized for his outstanding contribution to IREM’s Western NC Charlotte Chapter.

Ellis is the Managing Partner at He is one of the four original members of Collett, joining in 1987. Martin is the Director of Management Services in the Charlotte Corporate Office. Martin joined Collett in 2006.
