Charlotte, NC, February 21, 2014– Collett, is proud to announce that veteran dealmaker David Hendrick has secured The Fresh Market to Mallard Crossing Shopping Center near the intersection of Prosperity Church Road Rd. & Mallard Creek Rd. in Charlotte, NC. The 30,000 SF building was originally occupied by Food Lion. This will be the fourth Fresh Market location in the greater Charlotte area. Hendrick represented the Landlord, South Central Oil. Julie Gardner of Katz & Associates represented The Fresh Market. South Central Oil plans a major renovation of the center and has retained Collett as leasing agent.
