Rock Hill, SC, May 2019 – Collett, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce that it has been named the management and leasing agent for Rock Hill Galleria, a regional shopping mall in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Rock Hill Galleria contains approximately 704,132 square feet (SF) including anchors Belk, JC Penney and Walmart Supercenter. BOTO SC Properties, LLC, an affiliate of Bank OZK, recently acquired ownership of approximately 55.60 acres, which contains 496,094 SF of the mall building area.
Rock Hill Galleria opened in 1991 just east of I-77 at 2301 Dave Lyle Boulevard, and is anchored by Walmart Supercenter (208,048 SF, separately owned), Belk (99,207 SF) and JC Penney (83,322 SF), along with three vacant former anchor spaces: Sears (86,462 SF), Revolutions Rock & Bowl (66,640 SF), and Home Goods (30,000 SF). Rock Hill Galleria is home to approximately thirty-one businesses, with available spaces ranging from 473 – 86,462 SF.
Collett brokers Stanford Garnett and David Hendrick will coordinate leasing and marketing for the center.
Sid Welch, CPM will oversee operations at the property, which will continue to be managed by an experienced team of four on-site employees.
