Collett & Associates Selected to Lease and Manage Shops On Rockwood
CHARLOTTE, NC, January 28, 2011 – Collett & Associates, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, has been selected to manage and lease the Shops on Rockwood in Arden, NC, located about 15 minutes south of Asheville off of I-26, exit 40 (Airport Road). The 30,400 square foot specialty retail center is home to four restaurant and shop tenants and is positioned adjacent to Cracker Barrel and Carrabba’s restaurants. Jim Gamble will handle marketing and leasing of the available shops, while Becky Miller and Melissa Schutt will manage the property. Collett & Associates adds Shops On Rockwood to a portfolio of leased and managed properties that totals over 8 million square feet and includes the nearby Southridge Shopping Center (Lowe’s Home Improvement, Target, Best Buy, Marshall’s, & Ross).
