Collett & Associates Appointed Receiver For Lexington Center

CHARLOTTE, NC, July 26, 2011 – Collett & Associates, headquartered in Charlotte, has been named the court-appointed receiver for Lexington Center, a community shopping center located in Lexington, NC, effective immediately. The assignment is an 80,979 square foot portion of the approximately 133,000 square foot center, which is anchored by Fred’s and Sears. Jim Gamble and Steve Pharr will market the available spaces and outparcels for lease and Becky Miller will manage the property.
This is the 18th receivership assignment handled on behalf of various lending institutions since 2004. Other current lender assignments include: Cannon Plaza in Kannapolis, NC; Scotland Crossing in Laurinburg, NC; Grandfather Center in Banner Elk, NC; Shops On Rockwood in Arden, NC; and Bradford Village in Santee, SC.
