CHARLOTTE, NC, September 9, 2010 – Collett & Associates, headquartered in Charlotte, has been named the court-appointed receiver for Bradford Village, a neighborhood shopping center located in Santee, SC. The 51,530 square foot center is anchored by Food Lion and Family Dollar. Stephen Pharr will handle leasing duties and Becky Miller will manage the property.

This is the 15^th receivership assignment Collett & Associates has handled on behalf of various institutional lenders since 2004. Other current lender assignments include: Market Square in Spartanburg, SC; Greenwood Marketplace in Greenwood, SC; Westover Business Center in Hickory, NC; Meadow Greens in Eden, NC; and Scotland Crossing in Laurinburg, NC.
