Collett & Associates Announces the Sale of Westover Business Center

Charlotte, NC, April 15, 2011 –Collett & Associates is pleased to announce the recent sale of Westover Business Center, a 103,448 square foot office and flex space property in Hickory, NC. Stephen Pharr of Collett & Associates represented the seller, Midfirst Bank. Tommy Luckadoo of Adams Commercial Real Estate in Hickory represented the buyer, Mayberry Partners, LLC. Catawba County public records indicate that the sale closed on March 24, 2011 for a reported price of $2,150,000.
